- Application Form
- National Identity Card / Driving License / Passport
- Valid Billing Proof – water bills, electricity bills, fixed line telephone bills, credit card statements, current account statements for the past 3 months
- Customer Photograph
Mobitel Pre-Paid Packages:
You can simply hand over the following documents at our store and obtain a new connection.
- A copy of your National Identity Card / Driving License.
- A digital photograph of you taken at the Mobitel Centre. If you do not wish to be photographed, please produce a recent passport-size photograph confirming to passport specifications.
